LOCKPORT – On May 15, 2024, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Casey T. Laskey, 42 of Lockport, NY.
The Niagara County Drug Task Force has been investigating Laskey for the previous two years. During that time, several search warrants were executed at his residence. As a result of the investigation, Laskey has been indicted on the following felony charges:
- Four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd degree.
- Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree.
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine 3rd degree.
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th
- Criminal use a Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree.
Laskey was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
