LOCKPORT — On April 27, 2024, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Bernard A. Seabrook, 34 of Lockport, NY.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Seabrook was arrested on the following felony charges:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd
Seabrook was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
