Two Buffalo men were charged with burglary by the North Tonawanda Police Department on Friday.

According to a press release from the North Tonawanda Police Department, an investigation was started after a report of a burglary in which guns were stolen. That investigation led police to obtain a search warrant for a Buffalo residence.

“As a result of the investigation, Randy W. Madera and Nathaniel A. Wilson, both of the City of Buffalo, were arrested and charged with:

  • Burglary 3rd degree-D Felony
  • Grand Larceny 4th degree-property greater than $1,000-E Felony
  • Grand Larceny 4th degree-firearms/rifles/shotguns-E Felony
  • Criminal Mischief 3rd degree-property greater than $250-E Felony
  • Conspiracy 5th-A Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Burglar Tools-A Misdemeanor”

The press release goes on to state that the department was assisted by the Niagara County Crime Analysis Center and Buffalo Police Department.
