On January 19, 2024, Troopers out of SP Olean arrested Joshua L. Slone, 44 of Natrona Heights, PA for Driving While Intoxicated- BAC > 0.08 and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On January 19, 2024, at 5:07 A.M., Troopers responded to Center Road in the town of Salamanca for a property damage collision. Investigation determined that Slone was operating a 2020 Jeep and exited the roadway striking a pole. While interviewing Slone, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Slone was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Olean for processing. Slone recorded a .15% BAC.
Slone was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Salamanca Court for a later date in February 2024.
