On January 19, 2024, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Dustin R. Verrett, 33 of Jamestown, NY for Driving While Intoxicated- BAC > 0.08 and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On January 19, 2024, at 2:45 P.M., Troopers responded to a property damage collision on Hoag Road in the town of Harmony. Investigation determined that Verrett was operating a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and left the roadway striking the ditch. While interviewing Verrett, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Verrett was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown for processing. V recorded a .11% BAC.
Verrett was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Harmony Court for a later date in February 2024.
