On December 31, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Dawn C. Losey, 57 of Mount Morris, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On December 31, 2023, at 9:58 P.M., Troopers responded to a suspicious vehicle stopped in the roadway complaint on Merchant Road in the town of Warsaw. Troopers located the Chevrolet Cobalt stopped in the roadway with the vehicle running and still in drive. The operator, Losey was unconscious leaning over the center console. Losey showed signs of impairment but refused to perform SFST’s due to an injury. Losey possessed a white powder substance believed to be a narcotic. Losey was transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Losey refused to take a breath test or any test to determine BAC. Losey refused to be fingerprinted and photographed and appeared to lose consciousness. EMS was contacted and she was transported by Warsaw Ambulance to Warsaw County Community Health.
Losey will submit to fingerprints at a later date.
