On December 29, 2023, Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Thomas E. Miller, 60 of Buffalo, NY for Driving While Intoxicated- BAC > 0.08% and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On December 29, 2023, at 9:35 P.M., Troopers stopped Miller on Alleghany Road in the town of Pembroke for driving in the wrong lane almost striking the Trooper head on. While interviewing Miller, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Miller was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Batavia for processing. Miller recorded a .15% BAC.
Miller was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Pembroke Court for a later date in January 2024.
