On December 29, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested David M. Zenger, 65 of Williamsville, NY for Driving While Intoxicated- BAC > 0.08% and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On December 29, 2023, at 9:42 P.M., Troopers stopped Zenger on State Route 400 in the town of Elma for traffic infractions. While interviewing Zenger, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Zenger was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Boston for processing. Zenger recorded a .08% BAC.
Zenger was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma Court for a later date in January 2024.
