Charles ‘Chuck’ Walker, 79, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Niagara Hospice House. Born in Batavia, NY, he was the son of the late William and Gertrude (Warfle) Walker; and the beloved husband of Patricia (Matla) Walker.
Chuck proudly enlisted into the United States Army on March 23, 1962 until his honorable discharge on January 8, 1968. For many years, he was employed by Occidental Chemical Company as a heavy equipment operator. He was an avid card player and enjoyed going to the casino. Most importantly, Chuck cherished the time he spent with his beloved family.
In addition to his wife, Patricia, Chuck is survived by his children, Charles (Michelle) Walker, William (Dianna) Walker, Bobbie Kim Holland, Melissa Cutway, Cassandra Cutway and Lindsay Cutway; many loving grandchildren; five siblings, Karen (late Ernest) Ganshaw, Shirley (late David) Bundy, Nancy (late Dennis) Craig, Helen (late Bill) Wirth, Carole (Charles) Ezak; and many nieces and nephews.
In accordance to Chuck’s wishes, no funeral services will be held at this time. Memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice House or the Wounded Warriors Project.
