On November 17, 2023 at 7:43 A.M., Troopers out of SP Batavia responded to a one vehicle collision on State Route 98 in the town of Batavia. The 2018 Toyota was traveling north bound on State Route 98 and exited the roadway, striking a utility pole causing the vehicle to overturn.
The only occupant and operator, 39-year-old female was extracted from the Toyota.
She was taken by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital for serious injuries.
The Town of Batavia Fire Department assisted in this investigation.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
