On October 20, 2023, Troopers out of SP Holland arrested Kathryn N. Sutherland, 29 of Hinsdale, NY for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, suspended NY license and speeding.
On October 20, 2023, Troopers stopped Sutherland on NY SR 400 in the town of Aurora for speeding. Sutherland was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported back to SP Holland for processing. Sutherland recorded a .20% BAC.
Sutherland was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Aurora court for November 15, 2023.
