On October 20, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Hunter D. Lares, 26 of Buffalo, NY for driving while impaired with drugs, speeding, no NY inspection on vehicle and a headlight infraction.
On October 20, 2023, Troopers stopped Lares on NY SR 20A in the town of Sheldon for speeding. Lares was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported back to SP Warsaw. Troopers contacted a Drug Recognition Expert to perform an evaluation on Lares. It was determined Lares was impaired by drugs. Lares was processed at SP Warsaw. Lares agreed to submit to a blood draw and was transported to WCCH for completion.
Lares was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Sheldon court for October 30, 2023.
