Angela Louise Deyo, 34, passed away on October 13, 2023 at Strong Memorial Medical Center in Rochester, NY after a courageous 12-year battle with heart disease. Born in Amherst, NY, she was the daughter of Mark Deyo and Sherri Smith.
Angela was raised in the Town of Niagara and was a 2007 graduate of Niagara Wheatfield. She later earned her Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Niagara County Community College in 2011. Angela was employed at The Home Depot as an associate in Niagara Falls as well as working in billing in coding at a doctor’s office in Buffalo, NY, until she was no longer able to work due to her illness.
Given her culinary background, Angela enjoyed baking, cooking, and watching the Food Network. In addition, she loved creating crafts with her Cricut, planning gatherings, and enjoying family game nights, and managing and coaching softball and cheerleading. Above all, she was a devoted and loving mother, and loved teaching and spending time with her children and her nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Angela is survived by her partner of 12 years and husband, Trevor O. Kressler; her children, Landon Kressler, Makenna Kressler, and step-son Noah Kressler; her siblings, Michael Deyo (Kelsey Ross-Mattison), Matthew (Rhiannon) Deyo, Alexander (Adrienne) Deyo, Austin Deyo, Arianna (Savannah) Darrah, and Alayna (Jacob) Blankenship; her nieces and nephews, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Angela was sadly predeceased by her late daughter, Lilianna Kressler, her cousin John Deyo, her grandparents, Florence and David Deyo and Helen and Ronald Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 19 from 3 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will be held at 7 PM.
