On October 7, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Lee O. Jones, 33 of Lockport.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Jones was arrested and has been indicted on the following felony charges:
- Three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 3rd
- Three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd
Jones was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
