On October 7, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Isaak J. Helms, 27 of Niagara Falls, NY for driving while ability impaired and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd for having a suspended license.
On October 7, 2023, Troopers stopped Helms on Transit Rd in the town of Elma for a vehicle and traffic violation. Helms was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Helms recorded a .06% BAC.
Helms was issued traffic tickets returnable to the village of Alden court for October 26, 2023.
