On October 7, 2023, Troopers out of SP Alden arrested Andrew Babula, 36 of Alden, NY for driving while intoxicated and operating motor vehicle without a valid NY inspection.
On October 7, 2023, Troopers stopped Babula on exchange street in the village of Alden for an expired inspection. Babula was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Alen for processing. Babula recorded a .15% BAC.
Babula was issued traffic tickets returnable to the village of Alden court for November 6, 2023.
