On September 26, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested Daisy Hernandez, 27, of Delevan, NY for Assault 3rd Degree.
Troopers investigating a September 25, 2023 altercation which occurred outside a residence on North Main Street in the village of Delevan determined Hernandez had assaulted another party, causing injury to them.
Hernandez was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Yorkshire Town Court, where she is due to appear in October.
