On September 11, 2023, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Lockport arrested Victoria Stanton, 22 of Lockport, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child – 2 counts and Karon Anterline, 66 of Newfane, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child – 1 count.
On February 10, 2023, Troopers out of SP Lockport received a complaint of possible abusive treatment at Sweet Angles Daycare in Newfane, NY. Investigation determined that both suspects used excessive force while dealing with the children. Both suspects were arrested and processed at SP Lockport.
Both suspects were released on an Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Newfane Court later in September 2023.
