On September 1, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Jack A. Shaver., 23, of Clarence, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers conducting a sobriety road check in the town of Clarence arrested Shaver. During the interview Shaver was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Shaver had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He was transported to SP Boston for processing. A chemical breath test revealed a 0.13% BAC. Shaver was released with appearance tickets for the town of Elma court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
