On August 30, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Charlene Wieczorek., 57, of Clarence, NY, for Cemetery Desecration 2nd.
Troopers responded to a larceny complaint at Clarence Fillmore Cemetery on Ransom Road in the town of Clarence. Wieczorek took a flag valued at $50.00 from a cemetery plot and left the area. Wieczorek was transported to SP Clarence for processing. Wieczorek was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Clarence court at a later date.
