On August 16, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Victoria L. Wagner, 24 of Kenmore, NY for criminal possession of a controlled substance7th.
On August 16, 2023, Troopers responded to a call at a gas station located at Olean Rd in the town of Wales to check the welfare on a subject passed out in a vehicle. Upon arrival Troopers located Wagner passed out in a pickup truck. Troopers interviewed Wagner and contacted an ambulance for an evaluation. No medical attention recommended. Further investigation revealed Wagner to be in possession of crack cocaine. Wagner was arrested and transported to SP Elma for processing.
Wagner was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Wales court for August 31, 2023.
