On August 12, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Sandra L. Hostetler, 50 of Warsaw, NY for driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
On August 12, 2023, Troopers responded to SR 19 in the village of Warsaw for a complaint of a vehicle all over the roadway. Troopers observed Hostetler traveling south on SR 19 in Warsaw failing to maintain her lane. Traffic stop was initiated on SR 19. Hostetler was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Hostetler recorded a .09% BAC.
Hostetler was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Warsaw court for September 18,2023.
