On August 12, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Alexander J. Martyniuk, 24 of Lancaster, NY for driving while intoxicated, speeding and failed to stop for a red stoplight.
On August 12, 2023, Troopers observed Martyniuk traveling west on Wherle drive in the town of Clarence. Martyniuk was observed speeding in a marked 40mph zone and failed to stop at a red stoplight when turning onto Gunnville Rd. Traffic stop was initiated on Gunnville Rd in the town of Clarence. Martyniuk was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Martynuik recorded a .09% BAC.
Martyniuk was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court for August 24, 2023.
