On August 3, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Ronald E Peterson, 62 of Niagara Falls, NY.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Peterson was arrested and has been indicted on the following felony charges: Three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 3rd Three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd.
Peterson was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
