On July 24, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Jay L. Wolf, 34 of Barker.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Wolf was arrested and has been indicted on the following felony charges: Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 3rd Two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd Wolf was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
