On June 13, 2023, Niagara County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at Grass Monkey Smoke Shop, located at 3910 Niagara Falls Blvd in the Town of Wheatfield. Norman Buckow III was on location and confirmed he was the owner of Grass Monkey.
Pursuant to the search warrant, the Task Force seized U.S. currency, suspected flower marijuana, marijuana edibles, vapes and oils.
Charges are pending lab results.
