NIAGARA FALLS — On May 31, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of James D. Moore, 33 of Niagara Falls, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Moore was arrested and has been indicted on the following felony charges:
Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd
Two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd
Moore was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
