Patricia Covatto, 89, of Niagara Falls, NY, entered into heaven on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at O.L.P Nursing Care Residence. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late James and Emma Kujawa.
Patricia attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. On June 27, 1953, she married Joseph A. Covatto, Sr. at Our Lady of Lebanon Church. He later predeceased her in 2003.
Patricia retired from the Nabisco Shredded Wheat Company. She was an excellent cook and baker, and enjoyed playing cards and board games with her family. Above all, Patricia devoted her life to her family who will miss her dearly.
Mrs. Covatto is survived by her children, Joe (Pauline) Covatto, Carole Covatto, John (Jill) Covatto and Carl Covatto; her grandchildren, Christine, Nicholas (Sandra), Vincent (Jordan), Theresa (David), Bianca (Mike), Michelle (Tyler), Angela (Travis) and Samantha; her great-grandchildren, Juliet, David, Avella, Toby (Sam), Genavieve, Penelope, Charlotte and Violet; her siblings, Lorraine (late Tony) Carella and Geraldine (late Neil) Hamilton; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by five siblings, Gertrude (late Stanley) Szymaszek, Bernice (late Ziggy) Rannalli, Walter (late Jenny) Kujawa, Robert (Angie of Lewiston) Kujawa and Virginia (late Larry) Bennett.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 25 from 3 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin Friday at 9:30 AM, followed by Patricia’s Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Leo’s Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.
