Gilberto Rodriguez Lopez, 50, of Buffalo, passed away on May 11, 2023 at Mercy Hospital, Buffalo, NY. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was the son of William Rodriguez and Fortunidad Lopez.
Gilberto came here from San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2014. He was employed at National Vacuum in Sanborn, NY as a CDL Operator. Gilberto was a Boy Scout Leader and Cub Scout Master. His hobbies included photography and Legos. He enjoyed his telescope and astrology.
In addition to his parents, Gilberto is survived by his wife of 25 years, Adaris Medina Jurado, his children, Paloma Rodriguez and Cesar Rodriguez; step-children, Francisco Santos (Valeria Sanchez) and Jatbriel Santos (Kathryne Garcia); step grandson, Bastian Santos Sanchez; his siblings, Jose Rivera (Elizabeth Rojas) and Rosa Ayala (Ramon Soto); cousins, Deborah and Lenin Rodriguez, as well as one aunt, one uncle, several nieces, nephews and cousins. His brother, the late Jose William Rodriguez, passed away before him.
