On April 5, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Victoria M. Reid, 32 of Franklinville, NY for driving while intoxicated and speeding.
On April 5, 2023, Troopers stopped Reid on SR 400 in the town of Elma for speedy. Reid was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Reid recorded a .08% BAC.
Reid was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma court for June 1, 2023.
