On April 28, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Christopher Bitsas., 41, of Warsaw, NY, for Assault 3rd.
Troopers investigated an assault on Warsaw Blvd, in the village of Silver Springs. Troopers determined that the suspect, Christopher Bitsas was responsible for causing injury to the victim. Bitsas was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw. He was arraigned at the village of Warsaw court and released on his own recognizance. Bitsas was ordered to appear at the village of Silver Springs court at a later date. An order of protection was issued to Bitsas.
