On April 26,2023 Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Stephen M. Ruchalski, 57 of Boston, NY for driving while intoxicated and failed to keep right.
On April 26, 2023, Troopers received a 911 call on Colden Rd. in the town of Boston for erratic operation of a gray Toyota traveling east bound crossing the double solid lines and stopping in the middle of the roadway. Troopers located said vehicle on Powerline Rd. in the town of Boston off the roadway in the ravine. Ruchalski was in the said vehicle in the driver seat. Ruchalski was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Boston for processing. Ruchalski recorded a .016% BAC.
Ruchalski was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Boston court for May 8, 2023.
