On April 21, 2023 at 10:25 pm, Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested Darla R. Schultz-Bubar, 52 of Wilson, NY for Driving while Intoxicated.
On April 21, 2023, Troopers responded to Lower Mountain Road in the town of Cambria for a reported property damage accident. Troopers located the property damage accident and interviewed Schultz-Bubar, where an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Schultz-Bubar was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Niagara for processing. Schultz-Bubar refused to provide a chemical test.
Schultz-Bubar was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Cambria court for a later date in May 2023.
