On April 17, 2023 at 12:30 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Alphonso L. Welch, 63 of Lockport, NY for Petit Larceny.
On April 17, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to Tonawanda Creek Road in the town of Lockport for a reported larceny complaint. Troopers worked with property management, and it was found that Welch took a resident’s package. Welch was located and transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Welch was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Lockport court for a later date in May 2023.
