On April 17, 2023 at 8:43 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Luis Fuentes, 32 of Lockport, NY for Burglary 3rd, Criminal Trespass 3rd and Petit Larceny.
On April 17, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to Wal Mart on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for a past tense burglary complaint. Troopers worked with Wal Mart loss prevention, and it was found that Fuentes took merchandise and concealed it, passing all points of purchase without paying. Prior to the incident, Fuentes was issued a no trespass order for Wal Mart on an earlier date. Fuentes was transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Fuentes was transported to the Niagara Country Falls Jail for centralized arraignment.
