On April 09, 2023 at 3:07 am, Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested John B. Thomann, 38 of Tonawanda, NY for Driving while Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic violations.
On April 09, 2023, Troopers stopped Thomann on Buffalo Ave in the city of Niagara Falls for a traffic infraction. While interviewing Thomann, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Thomann was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Niagara for processing. Thomann had a reportable BAC of 0.11%.
Thomann was issued traffic tickets returnable to the city of Niagara Falls court for a later date in April 2023.
