Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest today of Ashley M. Clark, 29 of Lockport. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Clark has been indicted on the follow charges:
- Four counts of criminal possession of a controlled Substance 3rd
- Two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd
- Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th
- Criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd degree
Clark was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
