LOCKPORT — Sheriff Michael J. Filicetti, in partnership with the Niagara County Department of Social Services and the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office announces that during the first quarter of 2023, twenty three (23) individuals were arrested by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office on charges connected to welfare fraud within Niagara County. The following is a list of individuals arrested and their associated charges:
- Cindy Jordan, 59yof, arrested on 7 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Welfare Fraud 4th and one count of Grand Larceny 4th.
- Desiree Moore, 39yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- – Kerieann Mobley, 48 yof, arrested one count Grand Larceny 4th,Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Gerald Lockett, 48 yom, arrested one count Grand Larceny 4th, Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Amber Stephens, 34 yof, arrested on one count of Grand Larceny 4th, Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Michelle Riley, 35 yof, arrested on one count of Offer to File False Instrument 1st, Grand Larceny 4th, Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Denise Getz, 35 yof, arrested on one count of Misuse of Food Stamps.
- Talisha Kearney, 31yof, arrested on one count of grand larceny 4th and one count of welfare fraud 4th.
- Angela Huff, 42yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Petit Larceny and one count of Welfare Fraud 5th.
- Mariska Crochan-Smith, 42yof, arrested on four counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st and one count of Welfare Fraud 5th.
- Jada Perry, 29yof, arrested on one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Racine Bedgood, 38yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Tonya Wall, 50yof, arrested on seven counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Judy Hill, 53 yof, arrested on Grand Larceny 4th, Welfare Fraud 4th and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st.
- Donna Weir, 51 yof, arrested on Grand Larceny 4th, Welfare Fraud 4th and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st.
- Shirley Koshay, 44 yof, arrested on Grand Larceny 4th, Welfare Fraud 4th and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st.
- Michelle Spep, 53yof, arrested for 7 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and one count of Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Kimberly Feeney, 56yof, arrested for 3 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Shuanna Allen, 44yof, arrested on 3 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
- Megan Golden, 31yof, arrested on one count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 2nd, Petit Larceny and Welfare Fraud 5th.
- Miranda McCauley, 28yof, arrested on 6 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
