On April 1, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Hema P. Arany, 45 of Amherst, NY for driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a red light and failure to move over for an Officer.
On April 1, 2023, Troopers stopped Arany on Transit Rd. in the town of Clarence for not moving over for police and going through a red light. Arany was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Arany recorded a .12% BAC.
Arany was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court for April 27, 2023.
