On Tuesday March 28, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Ke F. Chen 36 of Amherst for driving while intoxicated, speed, moved from lane unsafely and failed to signal.
On Tuesday March 28, 2023, Troopers stopped Chen on Transit Rd. in the town of Clarence for speeding. Chen was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Chen recorded a .15% BAC.
Chen was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court for April 2023.
