On March 01, 2023 at 11:58 am, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Wayne A. Sherk, 52 of Lockport NY for Driving while Ability Impaired Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Control Substance 7th and other traffic violations.
On March 01, 2023, Troopers stopped Sherk on Mapleton Road in the town of Pendleton for multiple traffic infractions. While interviewing Sherk, he exhibited indicators of drug impairment. Sherk was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs. Additionally, Sherk was found to be in possession of cocaine. Sherk was transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Sherk was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets returnable to the town of Pendleton court for a later date in March 2023.
