On February 21, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested Zakary A. Bemish, 22, of Yorkshire, NY for Petit Larceny.
Troopers investigating a report of items stolen from a residence on McKinstry Road in the town of Machias determined Bemish to have committed the theft.
Bemish was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Machias Town Court, where he is due to appear in March.
