On February 11, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Derek J. Ziders, 37 of Lancaster, NY for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and failure to dim headlights.
On February 11, 2023, Troopers stopped Zinders on Transit Rd in the town of Lancaster, NY for a vehicle and traffic violation. Zinders was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Zinders recorded a .23% BAC.
Zinders was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Lancaster court for March 2, 2023.
