On February 10, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Brandon J Brooks, 28 of Gowanda, NY for burglary in a dwelling causing injury (felony charge).
On February 10, 2023, Troopers responded to the town of Java, NY for a report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival suspect had fled on foot. Troopers were able to locate Brooks and he was taken into custody. Brooks was transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Brooks was arraigned in front of the town of Warsaw Judge.
Brooks was remanded to the WYOMING County jail in lieu of $50,000/$100,000 Cash/bond. Brooks next court date is in the town of Java court for February 15,2023.
