On November 05, 2022, SP Clarence Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Marcis B. Cline, 37 of Amherst, NY for Criminal Contempt 1st degree, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Assault 3rd degree, and Aggravated Family Offense.
This was subsequent to a domestic incident in the Town of Amherst on October 23, 2022.
Cline was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Amherst Court where he was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center pending further proceedings.
