The Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter #268, based in Lockport, delivered a check to the Niagara County Office for the Aging (OFA) to cover the cost of meals on Veterans Day for all the veterans enrolled in the county’s Home Delivered Meals Program.  There are nearly 90 veterans enrolled in the meal program.

The Home Delivered Meals Program is a partnership between OFA and FeedMore WNY.  Hot meals are delivered to participants’ homes, Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year.  There are more than 500 Niagara County residents currently enrolled in the program.

All WNY is made possible thanks to coffee and sleep deprivation.
