On April 2nd, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Dakota Morse, 25, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability impaired by Drugs.
Morse was pulled over for a traffic violation on Route 60 in Fredonia and after failing several SFSTs, Morse was placed under arrest. Morse was transported to SP Fredonia where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of cannabis. Morse provided a blood sample at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk and was then transported back to SP Fredonia where he was processed. Morse was issued tickets and released. Morse is scheduled to appear in the town of Pomfret Court on a later date.
