On March 17th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Andrew Graham, 26, of Sherman, for Stalking 4th Degree, Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree and Reckless Driving. 

The Troopers responded to I-86 in Mina for a report of a female subject being followed by Graham. All involved vehicles were stopped and subsequent investigation revealed that Graham waited in the village of Sherman for the victim after seeing a picture of her on social media at dinner. Graham followed the victim in her vehicle down several roads in Sherman and at one point drove in front of the victim, forcing her to stop. Graham exited his vehicle and struck hthe victim’s vehicle, causing no damage. The victim then drove onto I-86 where Graham continued to follow her until the Findley Lake exit where they were interviewed by Troopers. Graham was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
