On March 17th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Holly Hoitnik, 46, of Jamestown, for four counts of Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd Degree.
New York State Police investigators received an intake report from Child Protective Services of a male subject that was abusing and neglecting a young child. Investigation revealed that the subject has no children in his care and that the false reports were made by Hoitnik. Hoitnik was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and released with appearance tickets. Hoitnik is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court next month.
