On March 12, 2022, at 3:00 am, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Eric J Gardner, 49 of Buffalo, NY for driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, failure to use designated lane, open container of an alcoholic beverage and refusal to submit to a breath test.
On March 12, 2022, Troopers observed Gardner making a right hand turn onto Genesee Street losing control of the vehicle he was operating and then continuing to drive in the turning lane. Gardner refused to perform SFST’s. Gardner was placed undere arrest and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Gardner refused to submit to a chemical test.
Gardner was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Cheektowaga court for April 2022.
